Returns & Refunds
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on following items; perishable goods such as food, flowers, cakes, chocolates, personalized good or goods made to a customer’s specifications, goods which, by reason of their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, drinks and gift Vouchers
Policy for Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us via WhatsApp 0774703512 any time between 8am and 7pm, 7 days a week or email us at info@cakevilla.lk. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 7 days of order placement or if your order is in the processing stage or if your order already been delivered or already been purchased from the vendor, then you will need to follow our returns procedure. Most of orders usually start to process 48hrs prior to delivery date and fresh flowers, cupcake hampers will have 72hrs of processing time prior to delivery. We reserve the right to refuse
Exchanges
We regret to inform you that exchanges are not possible. Each cake is crafted with care and precision, and we are unable to provide replacements or exchanges once the order has been fulfilled.
Quality Assurance
If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your cake or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within the same day of receiving your order. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after we accept the return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
